- This is a Sources Sought for potential offerors to support the Fort Belvoir Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) located in Fort Belvoir, VA. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB) is conducting a market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to perform the following potential requirement: The DES is seeking to obtain electronic emergency and tracking equipment that replaces the current paper system. The system must be installed on 30 fleet vehicles, 6 fleet motorcycles and the DES Server. This equipment system must be compatible with and interface with the current Department of the Army Intergraph, E911, and GSA system. Responses to this Sources Sought shall include: Your Firm's Capability Statement Socio-Economic Status: i.e HubZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), 8(a), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Large etc. Certification that your firm's equipment is compatible with the above stated required systems. Responses should be no more than 5 double-spaced pages in length. Interested parties can e-mail their capabilities and relevant history to Nekia Williams, Nekia.L.Williams.ctr@mail.mil, no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, 23 September 2014.
