- The purpose of this task order award is to support for the SIS project manager and the Director of PRM in a wide range of program management expertise and systems analyst duties relating to the management, implementation and support of the SIS project, to include tasks such as: managing all aspects of system interface agreements, providing systems analyst support, providing subject matter expertise in Department of Defense (DOD) personnel systems, tracking and managing tasks, coordination, maintaining project documentation, testing, training, business process reengineering support, and report generation.
