- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Subject to the availabillity of funds, the intent of the Virgin Islands National Guard is to award a firm fixed price contract. Basis of award: lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). CLIN 0001: MEDPROS Data Entry/Administrative Support Worker to extract required data elements from soldier personnel and medical files and input that information into the Medical Readiness Protection System (MEDPROS) or into the Remotes Information Data Entry System (RIDES) which are TELNET accessed databases.
