- Description
- Description: Potassium Chloride 10mEq and 20mEq in unit packs of 100, 500 and 1,000 ea. This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one year base and four one year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense, Bureau of Prison, Indian Health Service and department of Veterans Affairs customers through the DLA and VA Prime Vendor Programs. The annual usage for DLA, VA, BoP, and IHS served through the Prime Vendor Program will be estimated in the Schedule of Supplies section of the Solicitation. Copies of the Solicitation will be found on the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. This is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 12.
