- Synopsis - Pedar-X Expert System with Accessories The Army Baylor Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy at the San Antonio Military Medical Center, Joint-Base San Antonio--Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for the Pedar-X Expert System with Accessories. This is a one-time buy with delivery on/about 30 September 2014. This requirement will be solicited as an Unrestricted, Full and Open Competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 334510 is 500 employees. The solicitation number is W81K00-14-T-0458.
