- Elevator Maintenance PWS Elevator Locations Map Elevator Maintenance/Repair/inspection Solicitation Solicitation for Elevator Maintenance/Repair/Inspection Contract 17th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 707, 210 Scherz Blvd, Goodfellow AFB TX 76908-4705 is issuing a solicitation for Elevator Maintenance/Repair/Inspection. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment (except government furnished containers), tools, materials, and other services necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled Grounds Maintenance at Goodfellow AFB, TX in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibits. The acquisition is a 100% small business set aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7 million. Performance period will be one base year and four one year option periods. The date for site visit will be on 24 September 2014. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contracting specialist SSgt Ryan Sutton at 325-654-4418 or ryan.sutton@us.af.mil. All offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to te resposible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive the award. SAM information can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/portal or calling at 866-606-8220. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date.
