- Past Performance Profile CLINS Performance Work Statement The U.S. Department of State, Office of Medical Services, has a requirement for Continuing Medical and Nursing Education (CME/CNE) training for Foreign Service providers; locally employed medical providers; and locally employed nurses serving at health units in embassies and consulates. Training is required so that providers and nurses continue to maintain their medical licensures. Requirement is for two training sessions on the following dates: January 27, 2014 - February 6, 2014 and March 3, 2014 - March 13, 2014. Sessions will be held in Honolulu, Hawaii and Lisbon, Portugal. The contractor's CME program must be currently certified by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and be an accredited provider of continuing medical education credits. Each of the contractor's presenters is required to have subject expertise in the area that they are presenting to include board certification in: obstetrics, endocrinology, opthamology, neurology, and gastroenterology.
