- The purpose of this amendment is to ensure installation of the X-Ray Machine to the wall and floor is included in responses and to extend the response date to 24 September 2014. You must acknowledge amendment 1 in your response. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; information is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this procurement is RFQ F3UUAU4188A010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76, Defense Acquisition Circular DPN 20140828, and Air Force Acquisition Circular AFAC 2014-0421. This solicitation is not a set aside or restricted. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334517. This is the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract and will be procured using simplified commercial item procedures IAW FAR Part 13.
