- Notice of Award Solicitation Number: VA701-14-Q-0254 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) awarded a contract to Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC., 671 N Glebe Rd. 16th Floor Arlington, VA 22203 for the procurement of services in support of the Clinic Access and Administration Program (ACAP) Program Management Office (PMO) Support Services under the authority of 38 U.S.C. § 8127(c), Veterans First Contracting Program, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this procurement is to obtain contractor support services to reach the following goals and objectives: "Alignment of access strategy, operations and information through formulation of policy, operational effectiveness, deployment of system and process improvements, and performance monitoring in support of better access for Veterans. "Integration of administrative and clinical functions to improve clinic access and related operations. "Oversee and lead efforts to provide both incremental and broad-reaching improvements to scheduling and telephony systems.
