At completion of installation, each piece of equipment shall be operational and set up as intended for use. Installation must be coordinated with delivery date to be done within 2 business days of delivery. All trash as a result of installation shall be disposed of (can be done on site). Location will allow for 18 wheeled vehicle for delivery. There is no loading dock, so delivery truck must include lift gate or the use of a forklift may be required (forklift not available at delivery location, must bring own). Location will have roll-up door where equipment can be brought into building. After entering through the roll-up door area, equipment will be set up inside fenced location. Entry into this area will most likely be a single door (about 3? feet wide). There is a dumpster on site for disposal of packing material upon completion of installation., 1, LOT; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Georgia intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Georgia is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
