- Questions and Answers SF30 for A00003 This Amendment is issued to incorporate answers to questions submitted. All other solicitation requirements remain unchanged. The Amendmetn must be acknowledged in writing as required in Block 11 of the attached Standard Form 30. This Amendment is issued to incorporate answers to all questions submitted, an updated RFP, and updated specification. All others solicitation requirements remain unchanged. The Amendment must be aknowledged in writing as required in Block 11 of the attached Standard Form 30. This modification is issued to extend the submission deadline for all propsals to September 23, 2014 by 4:00pm EST. The last day to submit questions shall be September 12, 2014 by 12:00pm EST. All other solicitation requirements remain unchanged. The Amendment must be acknowledged in writing as required in Block 11 of the attached Standard Form 30. This solicitiation is issued to establish a Requirements Contract, containing one Base Year and four one-year Options, for the purchase of Reverse Osmosis Desalination Plants, spare parts, technical data, and related technical support services, in accordance with the attached solicitation, HSCG40-14-R-60662 and the attached Specification, 225 WLB MMA & 327 WIX EAGLE SLEP Procurement Specification Reverse Osmosis (RO) Desalination Plant.
