- Representation IRS Price Quotation Request for Quote Information This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation reference number Q-4-QT-E5-MC-G15 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76, effective August 25, 2014. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 334210 and the small business size standard in number of employees is 1,000. A list of the contract line items, quantities, units of measure, the description of the requirement, dates, and place(s) of performance are identified in the IRS Price Quotation document. (Government reserves the right to add or delete line items.) Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in the Request for Quotation Information document. Deadline for submission of quote and other information required is September 24, 2014 by 10:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time)
