- The unrestricted, Other than Full and Open, solicitation will be issued under PR number 100026386 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a sole source NSN. NSN: 1650-01-022-4922, Filter Fluid, AIRCRAFT, "Approved Source, " PTI Technologies (CAGE 05228) P/N 7581978. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Configuration Control. Required delivery is 181 days ARO. This NSN is not a critical application or commercial item. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 202 each. There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. A Subcontracting Plan will be required with the copy of the proposal Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 03 Oct 2014. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil). Select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
