- This notice is for informational purposes only. This notice advises that 722 ESS/PKS, JBSA Lackland, TX awarded the Joint Base Cape Cod (JBCC) Performance-Based Remediation (PBR) contract to EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., 225 Shilling Circle Ste. 400, Hunt Valley MD 21030 using FAR 15 Source Selection Procedures. The award to EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. totals $5,459,838.00 at initial award and will total $27,986,218.00, if all options are exercised. This is for procurement of environmental remediation activities at 19 Installation Restoration Program sites and 8 Military Munitions Response Program sites at JBCC, MA. The requirement was solicited on Federal Business Opportunities on 18 February 2014 as a Small Business Set Aside under FAR 15 procedures. The point of contact for this action is Linda L.
