- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The intent of the Virgin Islands National Guad is to award a firm fixed price contract. Basis of award: lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). CLIN 0001: Psychologist will help commanders ensure behavorial health issues do not impeded Soldiers under their command from completing the mission as well as ensuring that Soldiers have access and resources available to meet their behavorial health needs. Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Job Period of performance: Twelve (12) months CLIN 0002: Travel Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Job Period of performance: Twelve (12) months Attachment: Performance Work Statement. Offerors are required to comply with all terms and conditions as outlined in the attached PWS.
