- AMENDED. This is a combined synopsis/soliciation. The Government intends to award a contract to the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. The Government requests interested vendors to submit a quote for the Item listed below. The Item shall be quotes as brand name or equal. Harris XG-75 Land Mobile Radio Quantity: 37 Specifications: 378-430MHz 4W 256-AES encryption Features: HTEN (800 Systems/Groups, ProRoam, Priority System Scan, Profile) HTFP FIPS 140-2 (FIPS Certification) HTPL5L (Over the Air Rekeying (OTAR)) HTPT (P25 Trunking) HTPL7K (direct Frequency Entry) HTPL7P (P25 Data) HTTS (SMS and Radio Text Link) Warranty requirements: All work shall be warranted by the vendor for a period of not less than one year after acceptance byt he NGA Technical Expert for Communications. All interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission. For more information, please visist https://www.sam.gov/. Interested vendors are expected to submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, and quote expiration date.
