- DO NOT CONTACT POSTER. FOR ALL INFORMATION CONTACT: Stanley Chan, Electronics Engineer, 443-395-6233 This is a market survey to locate additional sources of supply for NSN 5975-01-528-2462, Part Number A3266098-1, Chassis, Electrical-Electronic Equipment. This item is a component of the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) Advanced System Improvement Program (ASIP) model Receiver-transmitters, RT-1523E and RT-1523F. The Technical Data Package that the Government possesses for this item is INCOMPLETE due to the data right issues. Portion of the technical data for this item is proprietary to Exelis Inc. Interested sources which have technical knowledge of SINCGARS radio family elements and are capable of furnishing this item must send a response describing in detail their ability meeting the Government requirements. Response shall be submitting in writing through email to U.S. ARMY CECOM, ATTN: RDER-PRC-TR (Stanley Chan) at Stanley.U.Chan.civ@mail.mil or Stanley.U.Chan@us.army.mil. The response MUST include documentation to demonstrate the interested sources' capability of supplying this item, and copy of purchasing order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing SINCGARS. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army and that will be delivered on time. Pertinent information received from this market survey will be evaluated by the Government technical personnel for the purpose of planning. The Government will not reimburse interested sources or responders to this notice for any information received and any costs incurred in responding, or for subsequent exchanges of information. Information submitted does not constitute a proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, but will be considered an exchange of capabilities and ideas.
