- Notice Type: GSA approved class 5 Information Processing System (IPS) containers Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Classification Code: 7435 NAICS: 337215 Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees Set Aside: No set aside used This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, reference number W52P1J-14-Q-AG17, incorporates the provisions and clauses in Attachment 0002 -Provisions and Clauses. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island hereby requests a firm fixed price quote for 6 each IPS containers, in accordance with Attachment 0001-Performance Work Statement. Offerors shall identify how they meet all the requirements listed in this combined synopsis/solicitation, to include Attachment 0001, 0002, and 0003. The Government intends to award a standalone contract without opening discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions should the contracting officer deem them necessary. The offeror is required to submit an executed copy of Attachment 0003, DFARS 252.209-7993 Tax Liability with their quote. Quotes are due by 12:00pm, Central Time on 19 September 2014 in electronic format to Mr. Adam Geneva AND Ms. Angie Keller.
