- Notice of Cancellation for the quote mark Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for brand name, Decision Lens (DL) Advanced Tier4 License and Technical Add-on Level B support equirement (Solicitation # W56JSR-14-R-0056). This solicitation was posted in error. In accordance with FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-Asides under Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), that if a requirement value is under $150,000.00, then award must be made to a small business. It has became known that there are small business resellers/vendors for the Decision Lens products. For this reason, the solicitation is cancelled and will be awarded as a small business set-aside.
