- This a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal guard service at Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo. This is a follow on acquisition for contract W564KV-12-D-0002. This contract shall provide security armed and unarmed guard services, installation access control, surveillance, monitoring and overall safeguard to the installation and tenants at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, training, supervision and non-personal services required to perform the requirements identified in the performance work statement (PWS). Interested parties must be able to obtain all training and certifications IAW the requirements set forth in the PWS, and specifically in para 1.6.1. Offerors are encouraged to submit their feedback regarding the draft RFP by no later than 14:00/2:00PM Central European Time on 22 September 2014. Please be aware that the DRAFT RFP is a DRAFT and changes will be made following review and approval.
