- C-5 Aircraft LOX Armor, Top Assembly This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is title F5N2MX4141A001 Products to be delivered to Westover ARB Chicopee, MA 01022. This request for quotes is for the fulfillment of a C-5 aircraft LOX armor, top assembly this item is ITAR controlled under the law.. All products shall conform to the terms, standards and conditions of all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and best commercial practices with the focus on safety and customer service. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The service consists of providing all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to repair the genie lift. All work shall be performed in accordance with, and conform to the terms, standards and conditions of all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and best commercial practices with the focus on safety and customer service. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Please see attached document for details of requirements. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract for this requirement. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database which can be accessed at the website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Offers shall be submitted via email NO LATER THAN 1000 AM EST, 25 September 2014 to kimberly.mcgee.2@us.af.mil.
