- ERDC Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to HYDROINNOVA, LLC. The intent of this procurement is to award on a sole source basis under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1 (b). The US Anny Corps of Engineer (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geospatial Research Laboratory (GRL) has a requirement to award a supply contract for a Cosmic-Ray Sensor Probe. Such a device is critical for soil moisture mapping efforts used to infer soil stability and rangeland health. Hyrdoinnova, LLC is the sole vendor capable of providing the required product This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation is available. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to Adrienne.Y.Bingham@usace.army.mil not later than 11:00 a.m. CST on 22 September 2014.
