- The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of provide required LENEL security system troubleshooting and repair in support of the Naval Weapons Station Earle, NJ in accordance with the Performance Based Work Statement. This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5 ”Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, and Subpart 19.5 ”Set-Asides for Small Business, supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00189-14-T-G256. The NAICS code is 561621 - Security Systems Services, and the small business standard is $20.5.0 Mil. This is a 100% small business set aside action. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the contract specialist via e-mail or ONLY. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendor responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil. Lack of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) will render the vendor ineligible for award.
