- FBO Solicitation H98210-14-T-0021 DCPAS CANON PIXMAiP100 PORTABLE PRINTERS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award on a competitive basis, a contract for Canon PIXMA Ip100 Portable Printers. A detailed description of the requirement, the CLIN structure, quote submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is H98210-14-T-0021 and issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-76, effective 25 August 2014, and DPN 20140828. This requirement is being advertised on 100% small business set-aside basis. The NAICS code is 334112, and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The delivery date is 14 days after date of contract award. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation by 12:00 PM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time), Wednesday, September 24, 2014. Only proposals received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at: http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date.
