The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a proprietary item to NORTHROP GRUMMAN CAGE 61174/26512 coded 3C. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer other than the approved source, NORTHROP GRUMMAN CAGE 61174/26512. Anyone interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package for evaluation for future procurements. DELIVERY: 500 days after receipt of order.
