- The contractor shall be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, transportation, tools, materials, equipment, and other incidental items necessary to inventory and uninstall existing furniture, space plan, design, purchase, deliver, and install new furniture for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwest Division offices (SWD). 2.1 The contractor shall design own layout based on SWD's requirements, purchase, deliver, and install systems furniture in accordance with the Scope of Work issued by Task Order, the attached drawings, and as identified during the site visit. 2.2 The new systems furniture shall match furniture typical to the maximum extent possible and shall be designed to maximize the available space identified by Task Order. The contractor will finalize all materials and finishes after award and before issue of first Task Order. The contractor shall be approved as trained installation teams. The contractor shall be responsible for verifying all dimensions. 2.4 Contractor shall provide a manufacturer's warranty guaranteeing materials and workmanship performed against defects for a period of time that is common industry standard or better. This period shall begin upon the date of acceptance by the authorized Government representative. Contractor shall submit a written copy of the applicable warranty prior to final acceptance by the Government.
