- Front Row to Go J&A SF1449 Solicitation document for Front Row to Go items The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using FAR parts 12 & 13, a contract for Front Row to Go items in support of the Domestic Dependents Schools. The solicitation number is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, Class Deviation and DCN as of date of this solicitation. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, any supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website at http://www.eps.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOps up to and until the response due date.
