- RFQ DFARs Clause 252.209-7993 The solicitation number is F1S3AL4251A001. This is a Brand Name or Equal combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13 as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76, DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20140828 and AFAC 2014-0421. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 334516 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Air Force Test Center (AFTC) Contracting Directorate, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following Firm Fixed Price supply: The Brand Name or Equal product is an Intoxilyzer 9000 with minimum characteristics: CLIN 0001: Intoxilyzer 9000 Breath Alcohol Analyzer; Quantity 1 each •· Must meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) listing of approved alcohol screening devices. •· Must be used for evidential purposes to be sufficient during court cases, not probable cause. •· Ability to Print CLIN 0002: Locking Gas Delivery System; Quantity 1 each CLIN 0003: 2D Barcode Reader (Handheld); Quantity 1 each CLIN 0004: Adjustable Pedestal; Quantity 1 each CLIN 0005: External Laser Jet Printer; Quantity 1 each CLIN 0006: External Keyboard; Quantity 1 each CLIN 0007: Magnetic Card Reader; Quantity 1 each CLIN 0008: Battery w/Battery Charger Board; Quantity 1 each Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Delivery Time, and Date offer expires.
