- This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA244-14-Q-1679 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 333249 Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System has a requirement for the commodities listed below. All Kits and Devices will be assembled and packaged at the vendors facility and then delivered and installed at the VA Human Engineering Research Lab, 6425 Penn Ave. Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. All communication regarding quotes, questions, etc. shall be submitted by email to Ronald Kline (Ronald.Kline@VA.Gov) NLT 3 pm, Eastern Time, 9-19-14. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time on 09-23-2014 Quotes shall be submitted by email. Please read the entire solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein. 1. Schedule VA Pittsburgh, Human Engineering Research Lab (HERL) has a requirement for 1 ea. 3D Printer Bundle which consists of Objet 500 Connex 3 3D Printer (OBJ-07100), includes startup kit, material cabinet, software and 12 month warranty. 1.
