- i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation, SF 1449, will not be issued. As such: ii. The Solicitation number for this requirement is W91CRB-14-T-0056 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 and any further updates occurring up to submission of the offer. iv. This solicitation is restricted as a total small business set aside under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 322230 Stationery Product Manufacturing. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 500 employees. The award of this contract will be based upon the offer evaluated to be lowest price technically acceptable. v. Contract Line Items: 0001: ZB63 Cyan Binder Cartridge, 15 eaches Consumable Item for ZPrinter 650 0002: ZB63 Yellow Binder Cartridge, 15 eaches Consumable Item for ZPrinter 650 0003: ZB63 Magenta Binder Cartridge, 15 eaches Consumable Item for ZPrinter 650 0004: ZB63 Clear Binder Cartridge, 15 eaches Consumable Item for ZPrinter 650 0005: ZP151 PXL Core Binder, 14 eaches Consumable item for Zprinter 650 Date of Delivery: 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) Place of Delivery and Acceptance / (FOB Destination): Deliver to: Project Manager Soldier Warrior Attn: Scott H. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial applies to this acquisition. NOTE: Offerors shall also include their CAGE code with other submission information required under clause 52.212-1. ix. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Technical - Items offered will be evaluated to determine if they meet the Government requirement Price - Price offered will be evaluated to determine if fair and reasonable. x. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with the offer. xi. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. xii. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
