- J&A Bill of Materials--If you have questions contact me via email Tax Liability Form---Return signed with submission of bid Synopsitation The National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) has a requirement to purchase to upgrade Liebert SiteScan Software. Liebert Corporation is the only brand qualified to meet the Government's requirements for this procurement. The vendor will provide a technician to install the software upgrade. The technician will install the Liebert software and ensure it is configured with existing hardware. The Liebert software is part of the electrical, cooling and environmental monitoring system for NASIC's network infrastructure. Liebert Corporation is the manufacturer and developer of the SiteScan software, the software is proprietary. Liebert software is proprietary specific to Emerson electrical and mechanical system and interface devices. The procurement of the Liebert software is essential to support the Government's current environment. The requested software provides centralized data center monitoring of Liebert precision air, power, and UPS units. Liebert software is used by NASIC personnel for real-time monitoring, data analysis, trend reporting, and event management. Site Scan was installed in 2005 within the NASIC data centers. Liebert software has enabled the monitoring of our critical facilities power, cooling, and environment. NASIC has customized alarms within Site Scan based on the original manufacturer recommended thresholds. During initial installation of the SiteScan software, customized views were created specifically for NASIC use.
