- Solicitation W25G1V-14-R-0031 will be issued as a Brand Name or Equal FAR 52.211-6 with Government SOW and Salient Characteristics for the procurement of 1,500 PRC-154 USB Load Cable Connector Assemblies under part number SN-402-A. Solicitation W25G1V-14-R-0031 will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside IAW FAR 6.203 and 52.219-06 by the U.S. Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division (TYAD) Attn :CCAP-CCT, 11 Hap Arnold Boulevard, PA 18466-5100. Equipment will have 1 year warranty period, as stated above, and in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b)(1), this requirement has been designated as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 334417, Size Standard is 500 employees. The RFP will be available for download on the FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES PAGE. Basis for award will be Low Price Technically Acceptable. All proposals submitted shall require a technical proposal describing the contractor's proposed equipment and capability to provide the requirements of the solicitation, SOW and Salient Characteristics. In addition, recent and relevant past performance for same or similar requirements which demonstrate capability and successful performance on previous contracts will be required with proposal submitted. Any resultant contract shall be a Firm Fixed Price, one (1) award. In order to be eligible for an award all prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and found to be responsible in accordance with FAR 9.1-Respsibility of Prospective Contractors.
