Description

This is the annual synopsis for NAVSUP Weapon System Support repair BOA N0038314G024F that supports 19 line components, which has been uploaded with this synopsis as an Attachment A. The items listed on Attachment A will be repaired by L-3 Communications (06401), located Salt Lake City, UT, which is the place of performance. L-3 Communications is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government making the items listed on Attachment A, sole source to L-3. Even though the items are designate sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
