- Statement of Work (SoW) for Scriptpro SP200 with Maintenance and Support for 12 months Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 is announcing its INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE for SCRIPTPRO SP200 PRESCRIPTION DISPENSER/MAINTENANCE SUPPORT for 12 Months plus (1) Option Year to Scriptpro USA, Inc., located at Maxwell AFB, AL. Interested parties capable of meeting the above requirement may provide a written response to include the following: A) Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement, B) Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code and DUNS number. The contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). (Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov), also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)(Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490. NOTES: 1. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submission of information is not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice. 2. Respondents may answer via e-mail.
