- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined synopsis/solicitation W583ET41760101NuixInvestigator is being issued as an intent to award. The Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334614, software and other prerecorded compact disk, tape and record reproduction. The Utah National Guard intends to purchase Nuix Investigator - 8 core software. Nuix Investigator - 8 core (INV020) is software which streamlines and automates the filtering out of illicit content from evidence while providing automatic timeline analysis, mapping analysis and relational analysis of evidence. Along with the Nuix Investigator - 8 core, the Utah National Guard also intends to purchase Nuix Investigator Workstation Maint. (INV021). The Utah National Guard intends to purchase 4 each of these products. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds. Evaluations Factors: The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price and award shall be made on the basis of best value. A quote which represents best value is one that conforms to the Government's requirements at a reasonable and competitive price. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Point of contact information must be included in submitted quotes. Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division no later than 4pm (EST) 24 Sep 2014.
