- Justification Additional Clauses Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. USDA-National Finance Center (NFC), New Orleans, LA is requesting to Procure HP QC Ent Site Support. This award will be utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13, FAR Part 52.212-1 Instructions to offerors-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.232-33 Payment by electronic fund transfer; and FAR 52.232-39 apply.
