- 14-233-SOL-00818 RFQ 14-233-SOL-00818 Attachment One The Department of Health and Human Services, Acquisition Managment Services Division is in need of Rsam Software Licensing. The items listed in attachment one (Requirements list) is essentiaal for the OCISO to meet requirements to continue to support the Department of Health and Human Service's mission. This RFQ is being solicited under Firm-Fixed-Price. The Government is requiring all quotes to be valid for a minimum of 30 days. The Government will be reviewing the quoted items under brand name or equal. If a equal related item is proposed, all quoters are required to provide additional information and specifications to support how the item is equal. All quotes will be evaluated under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be technically acceptable all quoted items must meet/perform to the same capacity as the items listed in attachment one (Titled: Requirements List). Questions in regards to this RFQ are due by 3:00pm EST on 09/19/2014 and can be emailed to Michael Fischer at michael.fischer @psc.hhs.gov All Quotes are due to be submitted by 12:00pm EST on 09/22/2014 To be eligible for award, all quoters must be registered in SAM.gov for this award.
