- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912NS-14-T-3000, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-76 effective 25 Aug 2014). This procurement is 100% small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502 - 2 (a). The NAICS code is 541519 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the System for Award Management. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Alt A Required System for Award Management registration). See the attached solicitation and include it completed with your response. The item being procured is: Install WLAN at Firehouse, see attached solicitation for statement of work details. Quantity: 1 Job. Evaluation Factor: Price Performance shall be 45 calendar days after date of contract. ***FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. quote mark Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. quote mark Offerors shall submit their quote on letterhead stationery, provide material and labor prices with a grand total. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE PROPOSALS. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer. Contract ManPower Reporting. The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the USPFO-MO, 139th Airlift Wing, via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/. Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government Fiscal Year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2013. SITE VISIT: The government will hold a site visit for interested parties on 23 September 2014 at 1:30 PM Central Time. Answer 01: There is no current contract however, this work was facilitated to other buildings on this installation through a contract awarded by another contracting office.
