- Sole Source Justification The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS), on behalf of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in Washington, DC, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Communications Resource Incorporated dba: CRI, 8280 Greensboro Drive, Suite 400, McLean, VA 22102 to relocate the agency command center. (See the attached documentation). Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
