- Detailed RFQ Requirements This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-14-ST-0520 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 334220 - Size Standard 750 employees. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Cellebrite UFED Touch Ultimate devices and corresponding mobile forensic support hardware. Please see attached document for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. Only quotes received from certified Cellebrite re-sellers and training partners will be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to isse a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsive, responsible offeror based on Lowet Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This is a Brand Name Requirement only. Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 19, 2014 at 12:00pm EST. The deadline for quotes is September 23, 2014 at 4:00pm EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to justice.parker@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
