- Justification The USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service intends to award on a five year contract with EC America, Inc. located at 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, Virginia 22102 for the following: TIBCO Spotfire Server Perpetual Term (Named User) 150 Units; TIBCO Spotfire Analyst Perpetual Term (Named User) 50 Units; TIBCO Spotfire Business Author Perpetual Term (Named User) 50 Units; TIBCO Spotfire Consumer Perpetual Term (Named User) 50 Units; TIBCO Spotfire Advanced Data Services Perpetual Term (Named User) 150 Units; TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services Perpetual Term (Named User) 150 Units; TIBCO Spotfire Server Limited Term (Named User) Project Units; TIBCO Spotfire Consumer Limited Term (Named User) Project Units; TIBCO Spotfire Automation Services Limited Term (Named User) Project Units; TIBCO Spotfire Advanced Data Services Limited Term (Named User) Project Units; TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services Limited Term (Named User) Project Units; Annual Silver level Maintenance Fee for a Base Year beginning September 29, 2014 - September 28, 2015 and Four one year options; One Week Startup/Training Package - Location Washington, DC (include estimated travel cost, if any); Two Week Startup/Training Package - Location Memphis, TN (include estimated travel cost, if any); and Technical Lead support for up to 200 hours. Note: These are estimated number of units and may be increased/decreased before time of award. Travel costs will be in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations. Maintenance will be billed monthly. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 423430 with a small business size standard of $19.0 million in annual receipts. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. Firms that believe they can provide equal or superior products/services are encouraged to identify themselves and provide a substantive statement with descriptive literature and any other supporting information to the Contracting Officer by the closing date of this notice. All information received will be considered by the Government to determine if more than one firm can meet the Government's requirements and is capable of providing equal or superior products/services. All responses must be in writing and should be emailed to BeverlyS.Brown@ams.usda.gov. Questions concerning this acquisition must be in writing and directed to BeverlyS.Brown@ams.usda.gov.
