DEMINISIONS: 2" X 15" X 9' WEIGHT: 17 LBS. ITEM 0002: ACCEPTANCE TEST PROCEDURES, IAW DD FORM 1423-1. ITEM 0003: GROUP A TESTING, IAW DD FORM 1423-1. ITEM 0004: GROUP B TESTING, IAW DD FORM 1423-1. ITEM 0005: IUID MARKING PLAN, IAW DD FORM 1423-1 ITEM 0006: IUID MARKING ACTIVITY AND VERIFICATION REPORT, IAW DD FORM 1423-1 ITEM 0007: COUNTERFEIT PREVENTION PLAN, IAW DD FORM 1423-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Qualified Source: Pacific Design Technologies, Cage: 1P7T0. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days (thirty days if award is issued under and existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this porposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
