- Responses to Questions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed price contract. This solicitation is issued as Solicitation "CANON COPIER MAINTENANCE-14 ". The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76. The North American Industry Classification System code is 811212 with a business size standard of $27.5M. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for small business and is subject to the availability of FY15 funds in accordance with "FAR 52.232-18 - Availability of Funds". INSPECTION CONDITIONS AND TERMS : Delivery/Acceptance will be one twelve month base year and four (4) one-year options as follows: LINE ITEM 0001: Copier Maintenance (Period of Performance: 01 October 2014 - 30 September 2015) QUANTITY: 12 Months UNIT PRICE $____________; EXTENDED PRICE $____________ LINE ITEM 1001 : Copier Maintenance (Period of Performance: 01 October 2015 - 30 September 2016) QUANTITY: 12 Months UNIT PRICE $____________; EXTENDED PRICE $____________ LINE ITEM 2001: Copier Maintenance (Period of Performance: 01 October 2016 - 30 September 2017) QUANTITY: 12 Months UNIT PRICE $____________; EXTENDED PRICE $____________ LINE ITEM 3001: Copier Maintenance (Period of Performance: 01 October 2017 - 30 September 2018) QUANTITY: 12 Months UNIT PRICE $____________; EXTENDED PRICE $____________ LINE ITEM 4001: Copier Maintenance (Period of Performance: 01 October 2018 - 30 September 2019) QUANTITY: 12 Months UNIT PRICE $____________; EXTENDED PRICE $____________ Delivery: National Military Command Center (NMCC), Pentagon, Washingon DC FAR PROVISIONS: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and the applicable Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition are as follows: http://farsite.hill.af.mil 52.252-1, 52.252-5, 52.211-6 and 52.252-3; DFARS (Chapter 2), 252.225-7000. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: The Government will award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in offeror's quote being determined unacceptable. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representatives and Certifications-Commercial Items, ALT I applies to this acquisition and offeror(s) must include, a completed copy with its offer.
