- The Little Rock Corps of Engineers intends to issue Solicitation W9127S-14-T-0087. This solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238190 (Site Preparation). The small business size standard is $15,000,000.00. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced construction contract to replace water line supply for the Table Rock Project Office, Missouri. The contractor is required to provide labor, material and equipment to perform the job in a safe and timely manner. The Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 & $100,000. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing FAR 13. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 09/18/14. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
