- This revised Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated questions and answers are being released for review. The purpose of this revised Draft RFP is to solicit additional industry questions on a potential solicitation for the Kuwait Base Operations and Security Support Services 2.0. Questions can be addressed to the Contracting Office via email until 01 October 2014 at USARMY.RIA.acc.mbx.kbosss2@mail.mil. Responses received after the established deadline may not be considered. The attachments for this section can be found below under Additional Info. PWS sections will be published as the revisions become available. This announcement neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach.
