- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Portland District located at 333 SW 1st Avenue; Portland, Oregon 97204, is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Procurement of Five (5) Flow Technology, Inc. (FTI) Flow Meters, Five (5) FTI Rate / Totalizers and related components. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Vendor shall provide the following: - Five (5) FTI Decathlon Positive Direction (PD) Flow Meters (Model DC20I-6119-5120000) - Five (5) Hall Effect Sensor (Part #IS160-01) - Two (2) 12' Cable Assemblies, Hall Effect Sensor - Three (3) 100' Cable Assemblies, Hall Effect Sensor - Five (5) FTI BR3000 Field Mount Rate / Totalizer (Model BR30-5-C-4) The solicitation will be available for download on FedBizOpps (FBO) (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about 19 September 2014, with an anticipated proposal due date of 24 September 2014. In order to view these documents, prospective offerors are required to self register their firm with FBO (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and 'Register Now' under 'Vendor / Citizens'). Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. The anticipated award date is 30 September 2014. The delivery date of the resulting contract will be Contract Award + 30 Calendar Days. The contract will be awarded to the Offeror providing the lowest price in accordance with FAR Section 13.106-2 (Evaluation of Quotations or Offers). This procurement is for full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 334514 (Totalizing Fluid Meter and Counting Device Manfacturing) with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 Employees.
