Description: One clean, approved U.S. or Foreign Flagdouble hull tanker, with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying a minimum of 310,000 BBLS for at least two clean petroleum products, in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Minimum requirements of 13 knots. Max LOA is 200 meters. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Place/Range of Delivery: Sitra Bahrain, Arabian Gulf and the Place/Range of Redelivery is Mesaieed, Qatar, Arabian Gulf. Laydays: Commence 10 October 2014 and Cancel 12 October 2014. 18. Set-aside Status: The decision to release this solicitation on an "Unrestricted" basis is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas.
