- Single Source Justification The 11th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD intends to award to a single source firm, a fixed price purchase order for a Saflok K-COD 200 self-service key kiosk. Authority for this sole source requirement is FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. Questions may be directed to SSgt Christina Gallagher, Contract Specialist, at christina.m.gallagher2.mil@mail.mil. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NAICS: 332510 CLIN 0001: 1 each Saflok K-COD 200 self-service key kiosk, to include the kiosk cabinet, encoder/dispenser, Allegro software with PC unit, installation and setup, freight, first year software service, annual hardware support for one year and on-site Kaba management system training.
