- On September 18, 2014, Cisco Systems, Inc., 170 Tasman Drive, San Jose, California 95134, was awarded a new firm fixed price single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for Cisco SMARTnet support. The contract ceiling is $1,875,000,000.00. The period of performance (PoP)consists of a 9-month base period and four 1-year option periods, for a total contract life cycle of 4-years 9-months.
