- Description
- The Pathology Department at Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Oklahoma has a requirement for a service agreement for one (1) Vitek 2 Analyzer. The period of performance is 1 October 2014 through 30 September 2015. This requirement will be solicited as an Unrestricted, Full and Open Competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 811219 is $19M. Contractor shall provide all labor, OEM parts/materials, travel, and expertise necessary to ensure the one (1) Vitek 2 W/AES, PC/OBSERVA, BCI; Vitek 2 CART (48 quote mark ); Warranty Enhance-Vitek 2 (1); and Vitek 2-Advanced Expert System-S7590 (1) remain operational as the manufacturer intended. These items are BioMerieux. Contractor shall also provide additional training for a total of two (2) AES trainings. Period of Performance: 10/01/2014 - 09/30/2015. Place of Performance: Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Note: Equipment may become eligible for trade-in during the period of performance. If the equipment is traded in, this contract will be terminated for the Government's convenience. The previous Sources Sought number was W81K00-13-R-0032 and the current solicitation number is W81K00-14-T-0358. The solicitation will be available on/about 18 September 2014, at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 27 September 2014. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
